 We don't refund, exchange or return by mistake of individual purchase,
 because inside of individual inventory cannot be confirmed by us.
In case of Second Life transaction trouble such as you can't get
the item even if you operate to pay the money for the item,
we will give you the item or will refund only
with the trouble that is confirmable with our trade account record.
When you are faced with such trouble,
 please send staff a note within 2 weeks of trouble with the name of your avatar,
the place where you purchased the item,
the money how much you paid for it and the situation occur.
  We basically don't refund,
 We will refund only when you double purchased because of the official trouble
and also when we can confirm by our trade accound record.
